2. I just got a new phone. How do I reset my MFA (Okta Verify)?
Please email okta.support@nfl.com with your name and the subject "MFA Reset" or contact the IT Service Desk.
3. I logged into Okta but don't see the application/site I am trying to access. What should I do?
The application/site you are trying to access may not be available in the Okta Dashboard. Please try to access the site via it's direct url.
